Quintax Qualifying Course by Blended Learning The Quintax Qualification Course is open to people who have no recent or prior experience or qualifications in psychometric assessment. It provides a full grounding in using Quintax in the selection and development of people in work and career settings. A qualification as a Quintax Authorised User enables independent use of our Quintax on-line assessment service. Delegates will be able to practise their interpretation and feedback skills during the course, and will be able to explore applications of Quintax in workshop activities, team development, leadership, career transition and more! The course comprises a series of e-learning Units, including varied content such as text, graphics, and video elements, coupled with live tutorial sessions. The tutorials are conducted via Zoom/Teams either one-to-one or in small groups. Email and telephone support with the tutor is also included. In-person support meetings may be booked if required (see below for details) in central Manchester locations. The course leads to Quintax Authorised User status. Quintax Conversion Course by Blended Learning This course provides an efficient way for pre-qualified delegates to learn about Quintax and become Authorised Users of our questionnaire. Once qualified, participants will be able to make independent use of our Quintax on-line assessment service. The course comprises a series of e-learning Units, including varied content such as text, graphics, and video elements, coupled with live tutorial sessions. The tutorials are conducted via Zoom/Teams either one-to-one or in small groups. Email and telephone support with the tutor is also included. In-person support meetings may be booked if required (see below for details) in central Manchester locations. The course leads to Quintax Authorised User status. Participants work through the course on-line, choosing and completing all the relevant content Units together with two brief assessment exercises for qualification. The course fee includes tuition, a Quintax User Guide, a Quintax Interpretation Guide, and sufficient assessment credits on our assessment website to complete the course exercises fully. Quintax Update Course by Blended Learning This course is intended for people who have used Quintax before but want to update and refresh their skills. Delegates may choose their Units of study – for example from those related to the interpretation or application of Quintax – and will be provided with feedback on their progress in any areas in which they attempt an assignment. As with our other courses, it comprises a series of e-learning Units, including varied content such as text, graphics, and video elements, coupled with live tutorial sessions. The tutorials are conducted via Zoom/Teams either one-to-one or in small groups. Email and telephone support with the tutor is also included. In-person support meetings may be booked if required (see below for details) in central Manchester locations. The course leads to certification and re-affirmation of Quintax Authorised User status.	£212 + VAT	Available NOW! In-person Support Sessions In exceptional circumstances it may be helpful for delegates to have the option of in-person support or additional Zoom sessions to ensure successful progression through a course. These can be provided for delegates if desired. In-person support allows for some intensive 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 course work with our Chartered Psychologist trainers in central Manchester locations. Each 3 hour session allows coverage of up to two major practical exercises (e.g. Quintax Interpretation and Feedback) or other topics based on agreed delegate preparation in advance. In-person support sessions complement our in-course tutorial support when needed, but they are not required for qualification.	£477 + VAT per 3 hour session (includes venue costs)	Available NOW! Additional Zoom Sessions As with in-person support, additional Zoom support sessions can be provided if desired in exceptional cases. Each 1½ hour session is based upon agreed delegate preparation in advance. Opening a Quintax Assessment Account

When you have successfully completed your Quintax training you will be certificated as a Quintax Authorised User. To begin to use Quintax you will need to open an account on our Quintax assessment website – your tutor or one of our other consultants will give you details of this. The account works via the purchase of usage units or credits that can be spent on assessing respondents and generating Quintax reports. For example: to complete an assessment, produce a Profile Chart and Quintax Type Report, costs 25 usage units. Units can be ordered in hundreds at a price of £1.35 + VAT per unit – ordering can be done from your account dashboard. We charge only for units when we initially set up your account, so this results in a charge of £135 + VAT for preparing your account with an initial 100 units available.

Innovation and Change Report	Describes the respondent’s approach to innovation and creativity at work by positioning them on a ‘Creative Style Continuum’. Implications for other colleagues and for their attitudes toward change are covered.	10
Leadership Styles Report	Gives an analysis of the respondent’s approach to leadership in terms of their transformational and transactional styles and their components. Also provides a basis for learning how to develop leadership skills.	10
Learning Styles Report	Provides an analysis and metric for assessing how the respondent approaches learning. Using a model of the learning cycle with related scores, the report shows the impact of the respondent’s type on each stage of learning and gives helpful guidance on how to deal with areas of shortfall.	5
Analytics Report	Indicates how the Quintax respondent has completed the questionnaire against over 20 indices of interpretation risk. Useful in remote assessment, and in high stakes assessment and development situations.	5
